I, the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, acting under the Planning and Development Act 2005 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 9 April 2006 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 149 and 150 and Part 13 Division 3, come into operation.
