I, the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, acting under the Pharmacy Act 2010 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 18 October 2010 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1 and 2, come into operation.

Act 2010 section 3 comes into operation.

Note: Under the Poisons Amendment Regulations (No. 5) 2010 regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Pharmacy Act 2010 section 3 comes into operation.
