2005 Part 3 (other than section 29(2)) comes into operation.

I, the Governor, acting under the Petroleum Legislation Amendment and Repeal Act 2005 section 2(2) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which Part 2, Part 3 (other than section 29(2)), and section 50 of that Act come into operation.

Notes: Under the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources (Management of Safety) Regulations 2010 regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Petroleum. Legislation Amendment and Repeal Act 2005 Part 2 comes into operation.

Under the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Resources (Occupational Safety and Health) Regulations 2010 regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations I and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Petroleum Legislation Amendment and Repeal Act 2005 Part 2 comes into operation.

Under the Petroleum Pipelines Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2010 regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations I and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Petroleum Legislation Amendment and Repeal Act

Under the Petroleum Pipelines (Management of Safety of Pipeline Operations) Regulations 2010 regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Petroleum Legislation Amendment and Repeal Act 2005 Part 3 (other than section 29(2)) comes into operation.

Under the Petroleum Pipelines (Occupational Safety and Health) Regulations 2010 regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Petroleum Legislation Amendment and Repeal Act 2005 Part 3 (other than section 29(2)) comes into operation.
