I, the Governor, acting under the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Safety Levies Act 2011 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 January 2012 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1 and 2, come into operation.

Notes—

Under the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Safety Levies Amendment Act 2011 section 2(b), (c) and (d), sections 3, 4 and 5 of that Act come into operation immediately after the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Safety Levies Act 2011 sections 3, 4 and 7 respectively come into operation.

Under the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Safety Levies Regulations 2011

regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Safety Levies
