I, the deputy of the Governor, acting under the Petroleum Amendment Act 2007 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than Part 1, Part 2 Division 2 and section 99, come into operation.
