I, the Governor, acting under the Pawnbrokers and Second-hand Dealers Amendment Act 2006 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 May 2007 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1 and 2, come into operation.

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 24 April 2007.
