Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1996 No. 35 Officials in Parliament Act 1896 PROCLAMATION I, LENEEN FORDE, Governor— (a) declare that the following officers of the Crown liable to retire from office on political grounds are capable of being elected members of the Legislative Assembly and sitting and voting in the Legislative Assembly at the same time— Premier Deputy Premier, Treasurer and Minister for The Arts Minister for Families, Youth and Community Care Attorney-General and Minister for Justice Minister for Police and Corrective Services and Minister for Racing Minister for Health Minister for Education Minister for Economic Development and Trade and Minister Assisting the Premier Minister for Tourism, Small Business and Industry Minister for Environment Minister for Mines and Energy Minister for Primary Industries, Fisheries and Forestry Minister for Local Government and Planning Minister for Training and Industrial Relations
