PROCLAMATION

I, the Administrator, acting under section 1.2 of the Native Title (State Provisions)

Act 1999 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council fix—

(a) (i) the Part 2 commencement day as defined in section 1.2(3) of that Act; or

whichever is the earlier of- or

(b) if the days referred to in paragraph (a) are the same day, that day,

as the day on which Part 5 Divisions 1, 2 and 3 and Part 6 of that Act come into
operation.
