I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 18 (3) of the National Broadband Network Co-ordinator Act 2010, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 4 September 2015 as the day on which that Act is repealed.

The object of this Proclamation is to repeal the National Broadband Network Co-ordinator Act 2010 on to the Minister for Finance, Services and Property to the effect that the Act is no longer required.
