I, the Governor, acting under the Motor Vehicle Repairers Act 2003 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 19 March 2007 as the day on which Part 1 (other than sections 1, 2, 3(4) and 4), Part 3, Part 4, sections 65 and 69, Part 7, sections 89 and 90, Part 10 (other than sections 108 and 109), Part 11 and Schedule 3 clauses 2 and 3 of that Act come into operation.
