I, the Governor, acting under the Misuse of Drugs Amendment Act 2010 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which sections 3, 4 and 7(3) and (4) of that Act come into operation.
