I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Mines Safety and Inspection Amendment Act 2004, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 4 April 2005 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than Part 7 Division 2 and section 88(4), come into operation.
