I, the Governor, acting under the Machinery of Government (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2006 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 July 2006 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than section 39(1) and Part 3 Divisions 1 and 5, come into operation.

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 27 June 2006.
