I, the Governor, acting under the Local Government Amendment Act 2004 section 2 and with the advice and consent of Executive Council, revoke the proclamation made under that section on 29 March 2005 and published in the Government Gazette on 31 March 2005 at p. 1029 to the extent that the proclamation applies to sections 16(1), (2), (3) and (5) and 19(2) of the Local Government Amendment Act 2004.
