1, the Governor, acting under the Public and Bank holidays Act 1972 and wit 11 the

advice and consent of the J xecutive Council

(a)	under section 7 of that. Act., cancel the proclamation under that section published in t he Government Gazette on 22 June 2010 at page 2767; and
(b)	under section 8 of that. Act, declare that. Tuesday 26 April 2011 shall be a public and bank holiday throughout. the State for Easter 117.onday, instead of Monday 25 April 2011.
