I, the Governor, acting under the Liquor and Gaming Legislation Amendment Act 2006 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 17 December 2006 as the day on which sections 6(1)(b) and (u), 67, 68 and 107 of that Act come into operation.
