I, the Governor, acting under the Liquor and Gaming Legislation Amendment Act 2006 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which section 27 and Part 3 of that Act come into operation.
