Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1991 No. 10 ————— A PROCLAMATION By His Excellency the Honourable John Murtagh Macrossan, Chief Justice of the State of Queensland and Administrator of the Government of the said State in the Commonwealth of Australia. [L.S.] J. M. MACROSSAN, Administrator I, John Murtagh Macrossan, the Administrator of the Government aforesaid, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council and in pursuance of the Queensland Marine Act 1958 , do, by this my proclamation, alter the limits of the Port of Abbot Point defined in the proclamation made on 29 July 1982 and published in the Government Gazette on 31 July 1982 at page 2524 to those set out in the Schedule. Given under my Hand and Seal at Government House, Brisbane, this fourth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ninety-one, and in the fortieth year of Her Majesty’s reign. HAMILL God Save the Queen! ——— Schedule The area comprised within a line commencing at the intersection of the high water mark and meridian of longitude 147°59´ East and bearing 0° True along that meridian to its intersection with parallel of latitude 19°48´ South; then bearing 90° True along that parallel to its intersection with meridian of longitude 148°08´ East; then by a line to the northern extremity of Gloucester Head on Gloucester Island; then by the high water mark
2 Proclamation under Queensland Marine Act 1958 along the western edge of Gloucester Island to the southern extremity of the island; then by a line to the northern extremity of Cape Gloucester; then by the high water mark to its intersection with the northern edge of the wharf at Bowen; then by a line to the port entrance beacon to Bowen Boat Harbour; then by a line to the southern extremity of Dalrymple Point; then by the high water mark to the point of commencement and including all navigable rivers and creeks communicating with that area and the banks and foreshores of the rivers and creeks.
