I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Land Administration Amendment Act 2000, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council fix the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which sections 8, 10(2), 12, 14(1) and (2), 19(2) and (3), 22, 24 to 37, and 51 of that Act come into operation.
