I, the Governor, acting under section 2(3) of the Labour Relations Legislation Amendment Act 1997, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclama- tion is published in Government Gazette as the day on which sections 36 (b), 36 and 37 of that Act come into operation.
