I, the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator, acting under the Juries Legislation Amendment Act 2011 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 July 2011 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 42, 43 and 44, come into operation.
