I, the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, acting under the Inheritance (Family and Dependants Provision) Amendment Act 2011 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1 and 2, come into operation.

Note: Under the Family Provision Regulations 2013 regulation 2(b), regulation 3 of those regulations comes into operation on the day on which the Inheritance (Family and Dependants Provision) Amendment Act 2011 section 9(1)(b) comes into operation.
