I, the Governor, acting under the Industrial Training Amendment Act 2006 section 2 with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than section 1 and 2, come into operation.
