1, the Governor, acting under the National Health Funding Pool Acf 2012 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council fix the day after the day on which t his proclamation is published in the Gotiernment Gazette as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1 and 2 and Part. 8, come into operation.

Act, other than sections 1 and 2, come into operation.
