[L.S.] Cross, Governor of the State of Western Australia.

I, the Governor, acting under section 7 of the Government Employees' Housing Act

1964, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, vary the Schedule to

the proclamation made under that section on 21 May 1996 by inserting the following

item in the appropriate alphabetical position-

" Broome Port Authority ".

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 8 February 2000.
