I, the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Gender Reassignment Act 2000 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which the provisions of that Act come into operation.
