1, the Governor, acting under the Gas Services Information Act 2012 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gotjernmen.i. Gazette as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1 and 2, come into operation.

Notes- Under the Gas Services Information Regu/atio s 2012 regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Gas Se i'c'ices Information Act 2012 section 7 comes into operation.

Under the Electricity Iadusti (Independent Market Opemlor) Amendment Regulations 20I2 regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2. come into operation on the day on which the Gas Services Information Act 2012 section 7 comes into operation.
