I, the Governor, acting under the Financial Legislation Amendment and Repeal Act 2006 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 February 2007 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 3 and 19 and Schedule 1 clause 122 and Schedule 2, come into operation.
