I, the Governor, acting under the Financial Administration Legislation Amendment Act 2005 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 4(1), 5, 6, 8 to 26 and Parts 3 and 4, comes into operation.
