I, the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, acting under the Equal Opportunity Amendment Act 2010 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1 and 2, come into operation.
