I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Environmental Protection Amendment Act 2003, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which that Act, other than sections 37, 54(2), 55, 72(2) and (4), 75(3) and (4) and Part 9, comes into operation.
