I, the Governor, acting under section 2(2)(b) and (3) of the Energy Legislation Amendment Act 2008, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 31 May 2004 as the day on which Part 3 Divisions 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 (other than section 34), 7 and 9 of that Act come into operation.
