PROCLAMATION

WESTERN AUSTRALIA By His Excellency Lieutenant General John Murray

I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Electricity Legislation Amendment Act 2004, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council—

(a)	fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which Part 2 Division 2 of that Act comes into operation; and
(b)	fix 31 December 2004 as the day on which Part 2 Divisions 1, 3 and 4 (other than s. 44) of that Act come into operation.
