I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Electricity Industry Act 2004, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council —

(a)	fix 23 June 2004 as the day on which section 3, Part 4, other than section 65, and Parts 9 and 10 of that Act, come into operation; and
(b)	fix 1 July 2004 as the day on which Part 8 of that Act comes into operation.
