I, the Governor, acting under the Electricity Corporations Act 2005 section 2(2) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 April 2006 as the day on which Parts 2 to 8, sections 143, 153(2) to (4), 154 to 178 and 180 to 192, Schedules 1 to 4 and Schedule 5 (other than clause 21(2)(a)(ii)) come into operation.
