I. the Governor, acting under the Electoral Amendment Act 2012 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclaination is tiublished in the Government Gazette as the day on which the pi-ovisions of that. Act, other than sections 1 and 2, come into operation.

Note- Under the Electoral Areadmenl Regulations 2012 regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Elector i Areradmen! Act 20I2 section 3 comes into operation.

(b)	the rest of the order — on the day after that. day.
