1The following provisions commence on 1 January 2017—

•sections 4, 6, 11 to 13, 24(1) and (3), 25, 29 to 31, 32(1), 51(1), 116, 125 and 131

•section 137, to the extent it inserts sections 364 and 365

•section 138(1), to the extent it omits definition returning to teaching condition

2The provisions that are not in force and not otherwise commenced under this proclamation commence on 1 July 2017
