under the

Water Management Act 2000 No 92

JAMES JACOB SPIGELMAN, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable James Jacob Spigelman AC, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 88A (1) of the Water Management Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, declare that, on and from 1 October 2006, Part 3 of Chapter 3 of that Act applies to each water source to which the following water sharing plans apply, and to all water use approvals and water supply work approvals in relation to any such water source:

(a)	the Water Sharing Plan for the Lower Gwydir Groundwater Source 2003,
(b)	the Water Sharing Plan for the Lower Macquarie Groundwater Sources 2003,
(c)	the Water Sharing Plan for the Lower Murrumbidgee Groundwater Sources 2003.
