I, the Governor, acting under the Cross-border Justice Act 2008 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council—

(a)

fix 1 November 2009 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1, 2, 67(b), 68(2)(b) and (e), 108, 110, 117, 119 and 137 and Part 15 Division 1, come into operation; and

(b)

fix 1 December 2009 as the day on which sections 67(b), 68(2)(b) and (e), 108, 110, 117, 119 and 137 and Part 15 Division 1 of that Act come into operation.
Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 8 September 2009.
