Made by the Minister for Commerce under section 12E of the Act.
1. Citation

This order is the Retail Trading Hours (Shire of Harney) Christmas Variation

Order 2012.

2. Commencement

This order comes into operation as follows

(a)	clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the order—on the day after that day.

3. Variation of retail trading hours: December 2012
General retail shops in the Treendale Shopping Centre, situated at. 10 The

Promenade, Aust.ralind, general retail shops in the Australind Shopping Centre, situated at. 301 Old Coast. Road, Australind and general retail shops in the Mardo Commercial Complex, situated at 1 Mardo Avenue, Australind, are authorised to be open a t. times when the shops would otherwise be required to be closed

(a) on each day specified in the Table; and

(b) during the hours specified for t hat day in the Table.
