I, the Governor, acting under the Credit (Commonwealth Powers) (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Act 2010 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 July 2010 as the day on which section 3 and Parts 2 to 4 come into operation.
