I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Corruption and Crime Commission Amendment and Repeal Act 2008, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 January 2004 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than Part 3 Division 3 Subdivision 2, sections 72(2) and 74(2) and Schedule 2, come into operation.
