I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Corporations (Consequential Amendments) Act 2001, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the time at which the Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth comes into operation as the time at which the Corporations (Consequential Amendments) Act 2001 (other than Parts 9, 11 and 31 and section 181(3)) comes into operation.
