PROCLAMATION

WESTERN AUSTRALIA By His Excellency Major General Philip Michael

I, the Governor, acting under section 4 of the Control of Vehicles (Off-road areas) Act 1978 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, do hereby vary the proclamation published in the Government Gazette on 5 October at pages 3079-80, and varied from time to time thereafter, by insert- ing in the Schedule, after Part 24, the following Parts—

PART 25

All that portion of land bounded by lines starting from the intersection of the centreline of Bussell Highway with a southern side of Centenary Road and extending easterly along that side of Cen- tenary Road to the centreline of Allenville Road; thence southwesterly, generally southeasterly and southerly along that centreline to the prolongation easterly of the northern boundary of Lot 27 of Boyanup Agricultural Area Lots 247 and 277, as shown on Land Titles Office Diagram 71466; thence westerly to and along that boundary and westerly and southerly along the north- ern and western boundaries of Wellington Location 2644 to the southernmost southeastern corner of Boyanup Agricultural Area Lot 247 (Certificate of Title Volume 1984 Folio 759); thence westerly along the southernmost southern boundary of that lot to the centreline of Jules Road; thence generally southerly along that centreline and onwards to the centreline of Ducane Road; thence westerly along that centreline to the centreline of Marchetti Road; thence southerly along that centreline to the prolongation easterly of the northern boundary of Agricultural Area Lot 156 (Certificate of Title Volume 1969 Folio 132); thence westerly to and westerly, generally south- westerly and southerly along boundaries of that lot to the southeastern corner of the eastern severance of Lot 71 of Agricultural Area Lot 157, as shown on Land Titles Office Plan 18584; thence westerly along the southern boundary of that severance to the centreline of Jilley Road; thence generally southerly along that centreline to the prolongation easterly of the northern bound- ary of the northwestern severance of Agricultural Area Lot 167; thence westerly to and along the northern boundary of that severance to the northeastern corner of the northern severance of lot 2 of Agricultural Area Lot 166, as shown on Land Titles Office Diagram 45139; thence westerly along the northern boundary of that severance and onwards to the centreline of Cokelup Road; thence southwesterly along that centreline to the prolongation easterly of the centreline of Calinup Road; thence westerly to and along that centreline and onwards to the centreline of Bussell Highway and thence generally northeasterly along that centreline to the starting point.

PART 26

All that portion of land bounded by lines starting from the southernmost southeastern corner of the southern severance of Lot 4 of Wellington Locations 968 and 2199, as shown on Land Titles Office Plan 17546, a point on the present northernmost northern boundary of Capel Townsite; thence east- erly, southerly, westerly, generally southerly, again westerly, northerly and generally westerly along boundaries of that townsite and onwards to the centreline of the Bunbury-Augusta Road/Capel By- pass known as Bussell Highway (undedicated), as shown on Land Titles Office Plans 18615 and 18616; thence generally northeasterly along that centreline and onwards to the centreline of Bussell High- way (dedicated) and thence generally southwesterly along that centreline and generally southwest- erly along the centreline of Widdeson Road to the prolongation westerly of the northernmost northern boundary of the southern severance of Lot 4 of Locations 968 and 2199, as shown on Land Titles Office Plan 17546 and thence easterly, southeasterly, generally southwesterly, generally southeasterly, generally northeasterly and southerly along boundaries of that severance to the starting point.
