1, the Governor, acting under the Consert^al Legislation Amendment Act 2011 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Ga ze tte as the day on which section 40 and Part 3 of that Act come into operation.
