I, the Governor, acting under the Commissioner for Children and Young People Act

2006 section 2 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix

10 December 2007 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than
Schedule 1 clauses 2 and 3, come into operation.
Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 20th November 2007.

Note: Under the Financial Management Amendment Regulations 2007 regulation 2(b), those
regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on which

the Commissioner for Children and Young People Act 2006 Part 2 comes into operation.
