Proclamation—Juvenile Justice Amendment Act 2002

2 SCHEDULE No. 350, 2002 1. The following provisions commence 16 December 2002 part 2 heading section 3 section 5(2), to the extent it omits the definition “sentence order” section 5(3) to the extent it inserts new definitions “identifying information” and “publish” section 5(3) to the extent it inserts a new definition “sentence order” other than paragraphs (b) and (c) of the definition section 24 section 25 section 50(2) section 65(3) and (4) section 97 section 109, to the extent it inserts a new part 6A heading section 109, to the extent it inserts a new section 224AB section 109, to the extent it inserts a new section 224AC other than the definitions “child offence” and “disclose” and other than the definition “confidential information”, paragraphs (b) to (f) section 109, to the extent it inserts a new section 224AT. 2. The provisions that are not in force and not otherwise commenced under this proclamation commence 1 July 2003 .
