Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1997 No. 419 Coal Legislation Amendment Act 1997 PROCLAMATION I, MAJOR GENERAL PETER ARNISON, Governor, fix— (a) 5 December 1997 as the day on which the Act commences, 1 other than section 6 and the following inserted provisions of the Coal Mining Act 1925 — • part 4A, division 2 • section 110 • part 6 • schedule 2; and (b) 1 January 1998 as the day on which the provisions of the Act that are not in force commence.
