PROCLAMATION—Consumer Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1995
Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1995 No. 89 Consumer Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1995 PROCLAMATION I, LENEEN FORDE, Governor, fix— 1 May 1995 as the day on which the amendments of the TradeMeasurementAct1990 and the TradeMeasurementAdministrationAct1990 , in schedule 1 to the ConsumerLaw(Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1995 , commence 1 May 1995 as the day on which the repeal of the TradeMeasurement (Bread) Act 1990 , in schedule 2 to the ConsumerLaw (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1995 , commences 17 April 1995 as the day on which the remaining provisions of the Act that are not in force commence.
