Proclamation commencing remaining provisions (Qld)

Queensland Subordinate Legislation 1994 No. 467 Electricity Act 1994 PROCLAMATION I, LENEEN FORDE, Governor, fix the appointed time on 1 January 1995 as the time when the provisions of the Act that are not in force commence. In this proclamation the appointed time is when section 18(2) of the GovernmentOwnedCorporations(QGCCorporatisation)Regulation1994 and section 28(2) of the GovernmentOwnedCorporations(QTSCCorporatisation) Regulation 1994 take effect. 1 [L.S.] LENEEN FORDE, Governor Signed and sealed on 15 December 1994.
